This Privacy Policy explains what information Evotrade.io collects through this website and the Taxwise application, how it is used and protected, and the choices you have.

1. Who is responsible for your information

Evotrade.io, Office 1, First Floor, United Plaza, Main Service Road, Khanna Pul, Rawalpindi, Pakistan, runs Taxwise. We act in two ways:

For this website and for the account details of the people who use Taxwise (names, emails, mobile numbers, firm name, login details), we decide why and how the information is used.
For the information your firm enters about its own clients and staff (“Your Data”), your firm decides what is collected and why, and we only process it on your behalf to provide the Service. If you are a client of a firm that uses Taxwise, please contact that firm about your information.

2. What we collect

From this website: what you type into the contact form (name, email, phone, firm, message). Our servers also keep standard technical records such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, and the page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google.
When you start a trial: your name, firm name, mobile number and email address, the verification code we send, the time and IP address of the request, and the workspace we create for you.
Inside a workspace: user accounts (name, email, role, an irreversibly hashed password), an activity log of who did what, and everything your firm chooses to store: client details including CNIC, NTN, contact details and addresses; documents; invoices, payments and uploaded proof of payment; orders, tasks, comments and cases; attendance, leave and payroll; and logins kept in the credential vault, which are stored encrypted.
Emails and messages we send: verification codes, workspace details, password-reset links and notices about your account.

3. How we use it

To create and run your workspace, verify your email, sign you in and keep it secure.
To provide support, answer your messages and tell you about changes to the Service or these policies.
To manage plans and trials, prevent abuse and keep records we need by law.
To improve the Service, for example by fixing errors we see in our logs.

We do not sell personal information and we do not show advertising. We do not use Your Data for our own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers that run the Service for us: our hosting provider (the servers and database), and the email service used to send messages.
An AI provider, only if your administrator switches on the AI assistant with the firm’s own account key. A compact summary of figures and the question asked are sent; passwords, CNICs and documents are not.
Authorities, if the law or a valid legal order requires it.
Nobody else, except with your permission.

Each firm’s workspace is kept in its own set of database tables and is not visible to other firms. Our staff open a workspace only when needed to give you support, to keep the Service running or to meet a legal duty.

5. Cookies

The application uses one essential session cookie to keep you signed in; it is removed when you close your browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and this website does not run analytics or advertising pixels. If we add any in future we will update this page.

6. How we protect information

Passwords are stored as irreversible hashes, and credential-vault entries are encrypted.
Access is controlled by roles: staff, agents and clients only see what their role allows, and important actions are written to an activity log.
Uploaded documents and payment proofs are kept in private storage that can only be opened through the application.
Verification codes expire, wrong attempts are limited, and forms and the public API are rate limited.

No system is perfectly secure. If a security incident affects your information we will tell the affected workspace administrators without undue delay.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account and workspace while you use the Service. After a free trial ends we keep the workspace for at least 30 days so you can choose a plan, and after you stop using the Service we keep it for 30 days so you can ask for an export; after that we may delete it. Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your request and our records. We may keep limited records for longer where the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by writing to taxwise@evotrade.io. Workspace administrators can edit or remove records inside their own workspace. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.

9. Where information is stored

Your information is stored on servers run by our hosting provider, which may be outside Pakistan. By using the Service you accept that your information is processed there under the protections described here.

10. Children

Taxwise is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes and contact
